Hey Kompa (operated by Welovroi S.L., Spain) processes personal data in accordance
with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPD-GDD.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, message you voluntarily provide.
Used to reply to your inquiry. Stored in our customer inbox; deleted on your request (write
to [email protected]).
- Anonymous analytics — page views, clicks, scroll depth, language preference.
Collected only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. We use PostHog (EU region)
as our sub-processor. No name, email, IP, or fingerprint is sent.
- A/B experiment assignment — a first-party cookie
kompa_exp stores a variant id, experiment id, and timestamp (30 days TTL).
No personal data, no tracking ID. See "Cookie policy" below.

Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability of your
data, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Data deletion (WhatsApp & Meta)
If you've messaged a Hey Kompa business on WhatsApp — or you run one — you can request
deletion of the data we hold through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). See our

Terms of service
By using heykompa.com you accept these terms. The website is informational — to sign
up for the Hey Kompa service you must agree to a separate Service Agreement at app.heykompa.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt, attack, or abuse the website, its content, or its
underlying infrastructure. The site is served "as is" with no warranty of
uninterrupted availability during the MVP phase.
Intellectual property
The "hey, kompa" wordmark, the Hey Kompa name, and all original content on
heykompa.com are owned by Welovroi S.L. and may not be reproduced without written
permission, except for fair-use quoting with attribution.
Cookie policy
We use two categories of cookies: necessary (always on) and analytics (opt-in). You
can change your preferences any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

To delete kompa_exp: open browser dev tools → Application/Storage tab →
Cookies → heykompa.com → right-click delete. The cookie will be regenerated only if an
experiment is active.
Analytics cookies (PostHog)
Loaded only after you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. PostHog stores
its own cookies (ph_*) used for session continuity. Requests are routed
first-party through
heykompa.com/ph/* for reliability — this does not change what data is sent.
With analytics consent we also keep (sessionStorage) kompa_attribution:
the campaign parameters from the URL you arrived with (e.g. utm_campaign,
ad click IDs), kept until you close the tab, so signups are credited to the right
campaign. Without consent nothing is stored for this purpose. PostHog's own privacy
